MEMORANDUM AND ORDER denying 30 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the reasons stated herein, Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' overtime and minimum wage claims brought pursuant to the FLSA and the NYLL is denied in its entirety.
