ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff is awarded $42,382.13 in unpaid minimum, overtime, and spread-of-hours wages; $42,382.13 in liquidated damages; $10.45 per day inprejudgment interest from August 19, 2013 until the date of judgment; and $9, 187.50 in attorney's fees and costs.
