July 29, 2019	Filing 181 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting 148 Motion for Summary Judgment. Accordingly, after drawing all inferences and resolving all ambiguities in favor of the Plaintiffs, and finding that no rational jury could find in Plaintiffs' favor that the Northw ell Defendants were acting under color of state law, which finding is required to sustain Plaintiffs' § 1983 causes of action against the Northwell Defendants, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Northwell Defendants' Summary Judgment Motion is GRANTED to the extent that: A. Plaintiffs' Counts 1-6 are dismissed with prejudice as to the Northwell Defendants; B. Plaintiffs' pendent state-law claims are dismissal without prejudice as to the Northwell Defendants; and C. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the Northwell Defendants and, thereafter, close this case. The July 31, 2019 Pretrial Conference is marked off the Courts calendar. Accordingly, after drawing all inferences and resolving all ambiguities in favor of the Plaintiffs, and finding that no rational jury could find in Plaintiffs' favor that the Northw ell Defendants were acting under color of state law, which finding is required to sustain Plaintiffs' § 1983 causes of action against the Northwell Defendants, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Northwell Defendants' Summary Judgment Motion is GRANTED to the extent that: A.
