April 4, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 32 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION & ORDER: It has been more than fourteen days since the service of the R&R, and the parties have not filed objections. As such, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72, this Court has reviewed the R&R for clear error, and finding none, now concurs in both its reasoning and its result. See Coburn v. P.N. Fin., No. 13-CV-1006 (ADS) (SIL), 2015 WL 520346, at *1 (E.D.N.Y. Feb. 9, 2015) (reviewing Report and Recommendation without objections for clear error). Accordingly, the R&R is adopted in its entirety. The Plaintiff is awarded attorneys fees and costs in the amount explained in the R&R. So Ordered by Judge Arthur D. Spatt on 4/4/2019. (Coleman, Laurie)
March 6, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 22 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION & ORDER granting 17 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; denying 19 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. For the reasons set forth above, the Plaintiffs 17 motion for a judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12( c) is granted, and the Commissioners 19 motion for a judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c) is denied. The case is remanded pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), solely for the calculation and payment of benefits. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close this case. SEE ATTACHED DECISION for details. So Ordered by Judge Arthur D. Spatt on 3/6/2017. (Coleman, Laurie)
