Filing 88 ORDER granting 83 Motion for Attorney Fees. For the reasons set forth in the attached Decision and Order, Plaintiff is awarded attorneys' fees in the amount of $111,807.50 and costs in the amount of $6,992.64, for a total of $118,800.14. Filing 80 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, the Clerk of the Court is directed to enter Judgment against Defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $56,194.22, consisting of: (1) $23,097.11 in unpaid wages; (2) 036;23,097.11 in liquidated damages; and (3) $10,000 in statutory damages for violations of the wage and notice statement provisions of the NYLL. Prejudgment interest should be added to the total amount, to be calculated as stated above. As to the award of attorneys' fees, Plaintiff is directed to file the application for attorneys' fees and costs on or before October 1, 2022, with any opposition due on or before November 1, 2022. Furthermore, in accordance with Section 198(4) of the NYLL, if any amounts remain unpaid ninety days after the issuance of this judgment, or ninety days after expiration of the time to appeal if no appeal is then pending, whichever is later, the total amount of judgment will automatically increase by fifteen percent.
