In addition, the Court grants the Plaintiff's motion to amend the caption. The Clerk of the Court is directed to amend the caption of the Complaint to add the following Defendants in lieu of the FPS John Doe Defendants: Officer Valentine; Commander Anest; Commander QCity; and Commander Hoff (aka Commander Hog).
