ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS : The Court adopts the February 22, 2018 Report and Recommendation of Judge Tomlinson as if set forth herein. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition to confirm the October 15, 2015 arbitration a ward is granted and the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $406,756.97, together with prejudgment interest at the rate of 3% compounded annually on $336,147.19 from the date of the award to the entry of judgment. Post judgment interest shall accrue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. Ordered by Judge Denis R. Hurley on 3/14/2018. (Gapinski, Michele)
