IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff be awarded damages in the total amount of $23,410.17, and th at Defendant, together with its officers, employees, and agents acting on its behalf, is required to permit and cooperate in a complete audit of Defendant's books and records for the period of October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2016. See attached Order. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close the case. Ordered by Judge Denis R. Hurley on 3/28/2018. (Bochner, Francesca)
