Filing 27 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION & ORDER - For the reasons stated above, the Defendants' 12 motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Rule 12(c) is granted in its entirety. The Plaintiff's federal and New York State constitutional due process cla ims are barred by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine, and the Plaintiff has failed to state a claim for defamation upon which relief can be granted.
