ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court hereby grants Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment with respect to Plaintiff's breach of contract claim, but denies the motion with respect to Plaintiff� 39;s fraudulent misrepresentation claim. The Court directs Auto Gallery to repurchase the fifteen Receivables at issue in this case at the applicable repurchase price as set forth in the Dealer Agreement, or, in the alternative, awards Plaintiff mone tary damages in the same amount. Plaintiff is also entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees. Plaintiff shall file a written submission as to the proper calculation of the repurchase price and attorneys' fees by October 30, 2019. Auto Gallery shall respond by November 13, 2019. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 9/30/2019. (Shi, Yi Qing)
