As set forth in the attached Decision and Order, Plaintiff's application fails to provide any evidence sufficient to find that appointmen t of a guardian ad litem or next friend is necessary, and if so, that appointment of Ofra Levin would be proper. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion to appoint a guardian ad litem is denied without prejudice to renew consistent with the issues identified in this order.
