ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS - Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendants' Summary Judgment Motion is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the 12/19/2018 Status Conference scheduled for 11:15AM in Courtroom 1010 of the Cent ral Islip Federal Courthouse is converted to a Pretrial Conference. In accordance with Rule 73(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties are reminded that they may consent to the Magistrate Judge conducting all further proceedings i n this action, including conducting a trial.
