MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 20 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons stated herein, Defendant's motion to transfer venue pursuant to the doctrineof forum non conveniens, based on the forum selection clause contained in the parties' shareholders agreement, is granted. The Clerk of the Court is directed to transfer this action to the New York Supreme Court for Nassau County and mark this case closed. (Ordered by Judge Leonard D. Wexler on 12/14/2017.)
