Cemtrex, Inc., 17-cv-1071 (SJF)(AYS), under the first case filed, docket number 17-cv-1067 (JFB)(AYS). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall close cases Monteil v. Cemtrex, Inc., 17-cv-1070 (ADS)(AYS), and Guerrier v. Cemtrex, Inc., 17-cv-1071 (SJF)(AYS), and direct any further filings in those cases to 17-cv-1067 (JFB)(AYS). SO ORDERED.
