May 24, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 85 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: The Court holds that Plaintiff has successfully proven its claims for false designation of origin and false advertising, pursuant to the Lanham Act, as well as its claim for tortious interference with contract . Plaintiff's remaining claims are dismissed. Plaintiff is hereby awarded $91,036.80 in compensatory damages and a permanent injunction, as set forth in the attached decision. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment jointly and severally against all Defendants and to thereafter close this case. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Anne Y. Shields on 5/24/2023. (DM)
