ORDER granting in part and denying in part 23 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants defendant's motion to dismiss the claims for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing and fraudulent inducement. The Court otherwise denies the motion. Plaintiff is granted leave to amend the fraudulent inducement claim. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 9/12/2018. (Karamigios, Anna)
