September 12, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 34 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 23 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants defendant's motion to dismiss the claims for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing and fraudulent inducement.
