ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. Plaintiff has filed no objections to 29 Report and Recommendation. It amply describes plaintiff's total non-compliance with his discovery obligations, and establishes more than sufficient grounds for the sanction of dismissal under Rule 37.
