Accordingly, defendants' motions to dismiss are granted, and plaintiffs federal claims are dismissed without prejudice. The Court declines to exercise supplementa l jurisdiction over any remaining state law claims and dismisses those claims without prejudice. The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close the case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the represented moving defendants shall serve a copy o f this Order on plaintiff and on pro se defendant, June Flanagan, and file proof of service with the Court. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that, should plaintiff seek leave to appeal in forma pauperis, any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and in forma pauperis status is therefore denied for the purpose of any appealOrdered by Judge Joseph F.
