ORDER granting in part and denying in part 17 : The Motion to Dismiss is denied to the extent that Defendant Warner moves to dismiss for insufficient service of process. However, it is granted to the extent that Defendants Warner and Angleberger mo ve to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Furthermore, Plaintiff's request to take jurisdictional discovery is denied. The Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss Defendants Warner and Angleberger. See attached Order. Ordered by Judge Denis R.
