The Court, in its discretion, orders jurisdictional discovery with regard to the Defendant's interstate and international commerce. The Defendant's motion to transfer venue to the NDCA pursuant to Section 1404 is denied. This matter is respectfully referred to United States Magistrate Judge Arlene R.
