July 18, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 42 ORDER - By Memorandum and Order dated May 31, 2019, the Court ordered pro se plaintiff Jay Brodsky to remit the $400.00 filing fee within thirty (30) days from the date of the M&O. Accordingly, for the reasons set forth in the M&O, given Plaintiff's failure to remit the filing fee, the Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is DENIED for the purpose of any appeal.
