ORDER re 14 , 17 : The Court has reviewed Defendant Eileen Mantovi's response to the Order to Show Cause; Plaintiff failed to respond. The Court finds that this case is subject to the matrimonial exception and declines to exercise jurisdiction. See attached Order.
