Filing 29 MEMORANDUM & ORDER: For the reasons stated (PLEASE SEE ORDER FOR FURTHER DETAILS), Defendant's motion to dismiss is granted and Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed in its entirety. Because amendment would be futile, leave to amend is denied. Although Plaintiff paid the filing fee to commence this action, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that, should he seek in forma pauperis status for the purpose of an appeal, any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 44445 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to the pro se Plaintiff and to close this case. So Ordered by Judge Joan M. Azrack on 9/25/2019.(Ortiz, Grisel) (c/m to pro se) |
