ORDER granting in part and denying in part 52 Motion to Amend/Correct/Supplement; denying 53 Motion for Discovery and for Sanctions. For the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiff's motion to amend 52 is granted to the extent his amended co mplaint describes his status as a passenger in the taxi (ECF No. 52 at 8), describes that he did not stay at the hospital overnight (id. at 9), and describes the injuries he suffered on the night of his arrest and as a result of the attacks pr eviously described in Plaintiff's statement of Amended Facts (id. at 810). Plaintiff's motion to amend is otherwise denied. Plaintiff's motion for discovery and for sanctions 53 is denied in its entirety. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes, Jr. on 7/21/2022.
