Filing 28 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court overrules the Plaintiffs' objections and adopts the R&R in its entirety. Accordingly, it is so: ORDERED that the motion of the IGHL defendants to dismiss the First, Second, Thi rd, Fourth and Eighth Causes of Action in Monetti, as well as the First and Fourth Causes of Action in Jirak, is GRANTED; ORDERED that motion by the State defendants to dismiss the Seventh Cause of Action in Monetti, and the Second, Third and Fifth C auses of Action in Jirak, is GRANTED; ORDERED that Dr. Carters motion to dismiss the Fifth Cause of Action in Monetti is GRANTED; ORDERED that, to the extent that the Complaint purports to state a claim against Dr. Carter for violations of Jonathans Law, that claim is DISMISSED; ORDERED that the Peconic Bay defendants and defendants Reynolds and Elliot shall file a motion to dismiss within 30 days of the issuance of this order; SO ORDERED by Judge Arthur D.
