ORDER. By letter dated August 28, 2018, counsel for Contemporary Computer Services, Inc. ("CCSI") requested an extension of time to respond to plaintiff's complaint and an adjournment of the telephone pre-motion conference currently scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. Counsel for plaintiffs and CCSI's co-defendants consented to these requests. On August 29, 2018, Magistrate Judge Tomlinson granted CCSI's request for an extension of time to respond to plaintiff's complaint. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CCSI's request for an adjournment of the pre-motion conference is also granted. The telephonic pre-motion conference is rescheduled for Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at 1:15 p.m. At the time of the conference, counsel for the District shall initiate the call and, once all parties are on the line, shall contact Chambers at (631) 712-5670. Prior to the date of the conference, plaintiff may submit a letter pursuant to Individual Rule III.A explaining why the proposed motions are likely to be unsuccessful.
