September 4, 2018 Opinion or Order ORDER. By letter dated August 28, 2018, counsel for Contemporary Computer Services, Inc. ("CCSI") requested an extension of time to respond to plaintiff's complaint and an adjournment of the telephone pre-motion conference currently scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. Counsel for plaintiffs and CCSI's co-defendants consented to these requests. On August 29, 2018, Magistrate Judge Tomlinson granted CCSI's request for an extension of time to respond to plaintiff's complaint. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CCSI's request for an adjournment of the pre-motion conference is also granted.
