SUMMARY ORDER OF REMAND - In short, it is clear that removal of this case is improper. Accordingly, this action is summarily remanded to the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violation Agency. The Clerk of the Court is directed to: (1) mail a copy of this order to all aprties and to the Clerk of the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violation Agency, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1447(c); and (2) close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
