ORDER. On August 28, 2018, the Court informed plaintiff Nu-Communitek, LLC that if it failed to retain counsel within thirty days, its claims would be dismissed without prejudice. Because no counsel has appeared for Nu-Communitek, LLC, its claims are hereby dismissed without prejudice.On September 14, 2018, defendant filed a letter requesting a pre-motion conference concerning a proposed motion to dismiss. The Court's individual rules require parties to respond to pre-motion conference letters within seven days. Plaintiff Jarret Calmenson has not filed any response to defendant's September 14, 2018 letter. Calmenson must file a response to the letter by October 23, 2018. Failure to respond to this Order may result in the dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail copies of this Order to plaintiffs. Filing 6 ORDER: SO ORDERED that if service is not made upon the defendants by November 21, 2018, or plaintiffs fail to show good cause why such service has not been effected, the complaint will be dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiffs are to provide a copy of this Order to the defendants along with the summonses and complaint, and shall file proof of service with the Court.
