ORDER The Court's individual rules require parties to respond to pre-motion conference letters within seven days. Plaintiff has not filed any response to the pre-motion conference letter filed by defendant Leaf Capital Funding LLC on September 14, 2018. Plaintiff must file a response to this letter by October 19, 2018. Failure to respond may result in the dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute. Ordered by Judge Joan M. ORDER: SO ORDERED that if service is not made upon the defendants by November 21, 2018, or plaintiffs fail to show good cause why such service has not been effected, the complaint will be dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiffs are to provide a copy of this Order to the defendants along with the summonses and complaint, and shall file proof of service with the Court. Plaintiffs are required to advise the Clerk of Court of any changes of address. Failure to keep the Court informed of plaintiffs' current address may result in dismissal of the case. In addition, because pro se means to appear for one's self, a lay person may not represent a corporation or a partnership... in federal court. Accordingly, Loyalty Kiosk, LLC, must retain counsel in order to proceed with its claims in this Court. Unless counsel for Loyalty Kiosk, LLC files a notice of appearance within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, it claims shall be dismissed without prejudice.
