September 27, 2021 Opinion or Order MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: A telephonic status conference on Defendants motion #47 to supplement the joint pre-trial order was held before Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on September 27, 2021. Joseph Napoli appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff. David Pollack appeared on behalf of the Defendant. For the reasons stated on the record, Defendant's motion #47 to supplement the trial witness list to include Mr. Ryan Reynolds is GRANTED. Plaintiff is granted permission to depose Mr. Reynolds. Any such deposition must occur no later than November 26, 2021. On or before January 25, 2022, the parties shall submit an amended joint pre-trial order in strict compliance with this Courts Individual Rules and Practices.
