October 3, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. 1. Defendant shall proceed promptly to obtain the administrative record of the proceedings below, and shall file it no later than December 28, 2018, unless an extension is granted by order of the Court on good cause shown. The Court should be notified in writing if respondent is unable to file the record by that date. Such notification should include a request for an extension which specifies a date and demonstrates the good cause for the extension, including the date the administrative record was requested, why it has not been received, and the most recent efforts made to obtain it. 2. Motions in Social Security cases must follow Judge Bianco's individual rules. Because plaintiff proceeds prose, defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c) must be filed no later than February 28, 2019. Plaintiffs response and/or cross-motion must be filed no later than April 29, 2019. Defendant shall file reply papers, if any, no later than May 20, 2019. Plaintiff shall file reply papers, if any, no later than June 10, 2019. No extensions will be granted absent extraordinary circumstances. 3. With the exception of submissions by a pro se litigant, ALL documents must be electronically filed and ALL attorneys must be registered. Parties are directed to contact the Clerk's Office and refer to Judge Bianco's Individual Rules.
