ORDER denying #7 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery: Defendant's motion to extend discovery and for Court intervention regarding outstanding discovery is denied, without prejudice to renewal before Judge Feuerstein, for the following reasons: (1) Any request to extend the discovery deadline set by Judge Feuerstein must be made directly to her; (2) Defendant's motion fails to provide any justification for its failure to comply with Rule 5(D) of Judge Feuerstein's Individual Rules, which states that "a party must bring to the Court's attention the failure of any other party to comply with a discovery request or deadline within ten (10) days of the failure to comply, or that party will be deemed to have waived such discovery."
