May 20, 2020 Opinion or Order SCHEDULING ORDER re #10 Status Report filed by Patricia Palagonia: In light of the current health crisis, discovery deadlines are extended as follows: (1) Fact discovery shall be completed by September 15, 2020; (2) Expert discovery shall be completed by November 16, 2020; (3) Any party seeking to make a dispositive motion shall initiate that process, consistent with Judge Seybert's Individual Rules, on or before December 15, 2020; and, (4) A joint pre-trial order shall be filed on or before January 15, 2021. The parties are also advised that this Court is available to conduct a settlement conference telephonically. If the parties would like to proceed with a settlement conference, counsel shall submit a joint letter containing three (3) dates on which all counsel and their clients are available to appear by phone for such conference.
