ORDER granting #46 Motion for Settlement. Based upon this Court's conference with counsel and its review of the agreement reached the Court finds that the settlement in this matter is in accord with the standards set forth in Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House,796 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2015),cert. denied, 136 S. Ct. 824 (2016). The settlement is therefore approved with the modification, agreed to by counsel, that continuing jurisdiction be under the supervision of this Court and not the jurisdiction of the District Judge referred to in the parties' agreement.
