Mar. 12, 2019); see also Corwise v. FMS Investment Corp., --F. Appx--, 2019 WL 1281163 (2d Cir. Mar. 19, 2019) (summary order), Plaintiff is Ordered to Show Cause by written submission electronically filed no later than April 8, 2019, why his or her claims in this action should not be dismissed, in whole or in part, for failure to state a claim for relief. Failure to timely file a written submission in accordance with this Order to Show Cause will result in the dismissal of this action in its entirety without further notice. Defendant may electronically file a response by April 17, 2019. The conference scheduled for 4/16/19 is adjourned; if the case is not dismissed in its entirety, the parties shall appear on May 2, 2019 at 11:15 a.m. in courtroom 1010 of the Central Islip courthouse.
