July 10, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 14 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED, however the Complaint is sua sponte DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii), 1915A (b)(1). Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file an Amended Complaint. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is DENIED for the purpose of any appeal.
