ORDER Counsel previously requested that the settlement conference scheduled for 4/6/20 be adjourned because it would not be useful unless held in person or through effective video technology. As a result, I rescheduled the conference for 5/21/20 in the hope that either the pandemic restrictions would have been eased or an effective video conference platform would be available to the court at that time. Unfortunately, neither is the case, as the courthouse is still closed and adequate safeguards are still being explored and put in place for an effective and secure video conference platform for judicial proceedings. Accordingly, the settlement conference is adjourned to 7/21/20 at 10:00 in either Courtroom 11B or by video conference. |
