MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted for the purpose of this Memorandum and Order. However, since Plaintiff's pleading does not allege facts suggesting discrimination or a violation of her constitutional rights, Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed with leave to replead within 30 days of the date of this Order. Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction is denied without prejudice. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 44445 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this memorandum and order to Plaintiff and to note that mailing on the docket sheet.
