August 16, 2019 Opinion or Order ORDER. On July 1, 2019, defendants filed a letter requesting a pre-motion conference concerning a proposed motion to dismiss. The Court's individual rules require parties to respond to pre-motion conference letters within seven days. On July 24, 2019, the Court issued an order directing the plaintiff to file a response to the letter by August 2, 2019 and warned that failure to comply may result in the dismissal of this action. The plaintiffs have not filed a response to date. The plaintiffs must file a response to the letter by August 30, 2019. Failure to respond will result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this order to the pro se plaintiffs.
