SUMMARY ORDER OF REMAND to Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, Case No. 190403637; For the reasons set forth above, this action is REMANDED to the SCTPVA pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1455(4). The Clerk of the Court shall: (1) MAIL a certified copy of this Summary Order of Remand to the clerk of the SCTPVA pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1455(4) and (2) MAIL a copy of this Summary Order of Remand to Defendant. Although Fischer paid the Court's filing fee, should he seek leave to appeal in forma pauperis, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
