ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties' submissions regarding plaintiff's motion to remand this action to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau. Before the Court can resolve this issue, the parties must engage in preliminary jurisdictional discovery. Such discovery should address (1) plaintiffs principal place of business, (2) defendant Levi Jacobson's citizenship, and any other information that is deemed appropriate. Possible areas of discovery with regard to Mr. Jacobson's citizenship include his voter registration, automobile registration, and / or tax filings.
