August 12, 2019 Opinion or Order ORDER: The Court defers ruling on Plaintiff's proposed order to show cause seeking a preliminary injunction (ECF No. #2 ). However, Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #3 ) is GRANTED for the limited purpose of the motion for a preliminary injunction, and the Court will determine whether Plaintiff should be granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this action after it renders a determination on Plaintiff's order to show cause. The Clerk of the Court is directed to forward copies of the Complaint (ECF No. #1 ) and the motion (ECF No. #2 ) to the United States Marshals Service for expedited personal service forthwith upon the Defendant, Fairfield Properties. Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff's motion within twenty-one (21) days of service, after which the Court will determine whether a hearing is necessary.
