The Court has considered whether to grant plaintiff leave to bring an amended complaint and, for the reasons herein, denies leave to amend as futile. See Cuoco v. Moritsugu, 222 F.3d 99, 112 (2d Cir. 2000). The Clerk shall enter judgment, dismissing this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (a)(3) that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962).
