ELECTRONIC ORDER re #3 Unsigned Order to Show Cause filed by Christian Killoran. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's latest complaint, which is once again accompanied by a request for emergency injunctive relief. This complaint appears to have been spurred by an incident that occurred two days ago. There is no indication as to whether Plaintiff has communicated his concerns to Defendant, and if so, how Defendant responded. Plaintiff is advised that the courts are not a forum for the micromanagement of parties' affairs. Therefore, the Court DENIES his request for an order to show cause. Instead, the Court directs that on or before September 13, 2019, the parties shall meet and confer, in person, about Plaintiff's latest complaint and request for injunctive relief. The parties shall prepare a joint status report regarding their dispute and their meeting, and they shall file the joint status report on the docket on or before September 20, 2019. After reviewing the joint status report, the Court will determine whether further intervention is necessary. The Court warns Plaintiff that in the future, it will summarily deny any request for emergency injunctive relief unless Plaintiff (1) details exactly what actions he has taken to resolve the dispute between the parties, (2) summarizes the school district's response, and (3) attaches to his request copies of any written or electronic communications between the parties. Plaintiff is directed to serve a copy of this Electronic Order on Defendant and file proof of service with the Court on or before September 9, 2019. Ordered by Judge Joanna Seybert on 9/6/2019.
