| Filing 8 Minute Entry: Initial Conference Hearing held on 11/13/2019 before Magistrate Judge Steven M. Gold. Katz for plaintiff, Kelly and Volvkov for defendants. The case management schedule proposed by the parties, calling among other things for completion of fact discovery by May 25, 2020, disclosure of plaintiff's expert reports by June 25, 2020, and defendants' medical evaluation of plaintiff and disclosure of expert reports by July 24, 2020, is approved.
