Filing 4 SCHEDULING ORDER: An Initial Status Conference is set for 1/2/2020 at 11:30 a.m. in Chambers 704S. SEE ATTACHED MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONFERENCE. Plaintiff is advised that before the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation is an MDL Case No. 2738 IN RE: Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Products Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation. In order to avoid any delay in the multi-district action, plaintiff will file proof of service on defendants forthwith, and either file a stipulation transferring this case to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, if the parties are so inclined, or file a notice to the JPMDL of the filing of this case.
