ORDER denying #15 Motion to Appoint Counsel. The denial is without prejudice to renewal at an in-person status conference that will be held before this Court on April 2, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. This adjournment will allow all parties the opportunity to consult with the pro se clinic located in the Central Islip Courthouse prior to the conference.
