ORDER granting in part #22 . The fact that service is not completed "to Plaintiffs knowledge" is not compelling, since all plaintiff has to do is call its process server. Since foreclosure cannot occur until record holders are served, the Court suggests that plaintiff should find out what's going on as these do not appear difficult defendants to serve. As required by Rule 4(l), proof of service must be filed, and it must be filed promptly after it is made as to each defendant. The Initial Status Conference is adjourned to 12/4/2019 at 11:30 am in Chambers 704S in the hope that plaintiff will accelerate the service of process.
