ORDER: Pre Motion Conference set for 1/9/2020 at 10:30 AM in Courtroom 6A South before Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf. Counsel fully familiar with the case shall attend. Counsel shall arrive 15 minutes before the docket call and check in with the courtroom deputy. Defendant's time to answer is extended until 21 days after the decision on any motion or until further Order of the Court. By December 17, 2019, plaintiff shall respond to defendants letter dated November 8, 2019 (Doc. No. #15 ), specifically advising the Court as to whether the arbitration agreement produced by defendants (See Doc. No. #11 ) is, in fact, an agreement signed by plaintiff, and setting forth plaintiffs legal arguments with case support addressing 1) the placement of signatures on the agreement, and 2) why plaintiff believes the agreement does not cover some or all of the claims in this action. ORDER: On or before 11/1/2019, defendant Gitlitz shall file a copy of the employment agreement plaintiff allegedly entered into with defendant American Consumer Shows LLC. To the extent that agreement contains sensitive information, it may be filed in hard copy in accordance with section I(G) of the Individual Rules of Judge Mauskopf, with a copy sent to plaintiff's counsel via overnight mail on or before 10/31/2019. On or before 11/8/2019, plaintiff shall file a supplemental response to Gitlitz's pre-motion conference request detailing his basis or bases for arguing that the employment agreement filed by defendant is unenforceable. Both defendants' time to answer or to move to dismiss the amended complaint is extended to 14 days following the pre-motion conference or, if permission to file a motion is granted, the resolution of that motion.
