On or before 11/8/2019, plaintiff shall file a supplemental response to Gitlitz's pre-motion conference request detailing his basis or bases for arguing that the employment agreement filed by defendant is unenforceable. Both defendants' time to answer or to move to dismiss the amended complaint is extended to 14 days following the pre-motion conference or, if permission to file a motion is granted, the resolution of that motion.
