SCHEDULING ORDER: An in-person conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on June 2, 2020 before the undersigned in Hearing Room N504 in the North Wing. The individual plaintiff client and a principal with full settlement authority for the defendant must attend the conference with all counsel. Counsel are directed to submit their respective settlement positions via ex parte filing through the Court's ECF system no later than May 29th. If the case fails to settle during the conference, a discovery schedule will be set by the Court therefore counsel are NOT to submit a proposed schedule in advance of the conference.
